About The Position

As a Program Controls Lead here at Honeywell, you will manage and direct the control and oversight of various aspects of a project, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager and you’ll work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the successful management and oversight of program and project management aspects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will play a critical role in leading and developing a strong, diverse team, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.
