About The Position

The Globarl Intelligent Sensing & Reconnaisance business within th Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) Business Unit of Raytheon has an opening for a Lead Program Controls Analyst supporting multiple international Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts. The role is located onsite in Westford, Massachusetts and supports program execution activities, financial management, and customer requirements. The position includes work with business-specific tools and processes associated with the hGoodrich operating environment. The role includes interaction with Program Management and cross-functional program teams.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
  • Management of multiple assignments in a matrix organization
  • Preparation of reports with review for accuracy and completion within defined timelines
  • Experience preparing and reviewing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Analysis of financial and program data and development of solution approaches
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
