About The Position

The Global Intelligent Sensing & Reconnaissance (Global ISR) business within the Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) BU of Raytheon, is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team based onsite in Westford, Massachusetts. This lead analyst will be an integral part of the pricing team to ensure successful business growth. This is a unique role due to the entity being a Goodrich business and operating as a wholly owned subsidiary. This role is essential for utilizing transparent estimating & pricing processes and decision making to assist leadership in the continued growth of this business. Excellent communication skills are required for interactions with, and guidance for, cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
  • Experience in defense or aerospace industry
  • Previous experience with development and Support to AOP and LRP
  • Coordination and support to the budgets and rates organization; assist in FPRP development
  • Experience meeting critical deadlines and develop efficiencies and process improvements
  • Extensive Microsoft Suite knowledge/experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

  • Experience working Aerospace/Defense programs
  • Prior experience in an FP&A role in the defense industry

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the program level bookings, sales, profit and cash forecast, including data validation and reporting
  • Ownership of all internal FP&A deliverables
  • Monthly and quarterly balance sheet and income statement forecast and analysis
  • Ideal professional experience will be related to financial analysis in a highly matrixed organization
  • Align with accounting on monthly and quarterly accrual timing
  • Meet critical deadlines and develop efficiencies and process improvements
