As a Program Controls Analyst within our Transmission Program Management Office (TPMO) at Oncor, you’ll support our program application under the supervision of the Program Supervisor. The role acts as a liaison between Information Technology (IT) personnel, vendors, and transmission business units, with responsibility for the ongoing management of the program application. Regularly, this position will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs; collect, evaluate, and coordinate system enhancement requests; refine and document requirements; communicate business needs to the program steering committee and, under their direction, to IT personnel for development; assist with the IT governance process; and provide day-to-day user support.
