Program Control Analyst
About The Position
Empower AI is seeking a Program Control Analyst for an exciting opportunity at the Department of State. This role is part of the Program Management Office (PMO) and is crucial for managing operations and ensuring the completion of required deliverables to support the customer's mission of providing IT services to DoS users enterprise-wide. The principal requirement for this role is to develop, plan, manage, improve, and execute the Project Management Plan (PMO). This includes executing all functions required to plan, assess, execute, report, and update all functions within the PMP. You will assist with the Configuration/Change Management (C/CM) Plan, Stakeholder Management Plan, Communication Plan, Performance Management Plan, Disaster Recovery (DR) Plan, and the Capacity Management Plan (CMP). The Program Control Analyst will be instrumental in providing financial data collection, analysis, projection planning, advisory services, and assistance in travel coordination for all operational elements of this effort.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience
- Bachelor's in IT or related field
- Secret Security Clearance

- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification(s)
Responsibilities
