About The Position

Play a critical role in supporting innovative research through effective program control and financial oversight. UDRI invites qualified applicants to apply for our Program Control Analyst opening! The Program Control Analyst role encompasses the full lifecycle of sponsored research administration. Program control functions include but are not limited to: setting up new sponsored research projects, preparing and submitting interim and final invoices, analyzing reconciliation and control reports, and performing closeout activities. The Program Control Analyst is responsible for leveraging knowledge of industry best practices to ensure our delivered solutions comply with business requirements, accepted accounting practices, and Federal Sponsors’ audit requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance OR four years’ work experience with government billings
  • Three years of relevant experience
  • Possess knowledge of various government agency financial systems, accounting procedures, terminology, and organizational structure
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and basic experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Three years’ experience with invoicing and analyzing federal government contracts to include Cost Plus, T&M, and FFP contracts
  • Knowledge of Joint Travel Regulations
  • Candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizen
