About The Position

CACI is seeking a Program Control Analyst to join their team supporting NUWC for the Department of Defense. This role is part of a program that utilizes best practices in Systems Engineering and Rapid Prototyping to integrate and deliver advanced capabilities for the nation's warfighters. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at problem-solving, and possesses exceptional attention to detail. Adaptability, collaboration, and a willingness to take ownership of diverse tasks are key. This role is based onsite in Crane, Indiana.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred) or Associate’s degree and 3+ years of professional experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in business operations, financial analysis, contract management, financial operations, and/or program/project management.
• Strong comfort working with numbers and financial data.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience writing and editing professional or technical documentation.
• Confident to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to think analytically and independently
• Team orientation
• Actively holds a DoD Secret security clearance and ability to maintain.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze funding workflows and expenditures.
• Monitor and review required funding documentation.
• Proactively recommend and implement actions based on project status.
• Provide project financial oversight to the Program Manager.
• Regularly interface with government and CACI’s team to guide projects and funding through required workflows.
• Maintain operational cadence and throughput to meet program objectives.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose streamlined processes and workflows.
• Assist in researching and preparing responses to sponsor and stakeholder data calls.
• Gather and distribute information to subcontractors and service providers, through initiating, preparing, reviewing, and tracking RFIs, and receiving, reviewing, submitting and tracking status of submittals.
• Support documentation and reporting requirements with accuracy and clarity.
• Track monthly invoicing and payments for site-specific programs.
