What You'll do: We are seeking a Program Control Analyst 3 to join our team to aid management in program setup and execution, ananlyze budgets and schedules to meet project requirements for programs, develop reports and estimates, review risk and action items and maintain databases for each. This role will be instrumental in driving financial performance and ensuring effective program control. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 4+ years of professional experience
  • Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
  • Experience with financial analysis or reporting
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Costpoint
  • Position Remote, preference given to candidates local to the Washington, DC metro area
  • Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain government clearance

Responsibilities

  • Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.
  • Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation support.
  • Perform analysis and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
  • Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to complete.
  • Other duties as assigned.
