About The Position

SANCORP is seeking a Program Manager to assist Office Management and Executive Support Services (OM&ESS) in supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Policy (OUSW(P)), focused on delivering high-quality administrative support across strategy, international engagement, and interagency coordination. This role requires on-site program management, including leadership, supervision, and management of contractor personnel. The Program Manager will work with the Task Manager to create efficient and effective OM&ESS teams, address issues affecting service delivery, and serve as a single point of contact for the COR and TM. Responsibilities include onboarding OM&ESS staff, managing office operations, identifying and implementing process improvements, overseeing position requirements, and maintaining technical proficiency of contractor staff. The Program Manager will also develop and maintain continuity of services materials for daily operations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of fifteen (15) years of management experience in high paced environments, similar to OSW or military service components, leading and supervising distributed teams.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Active TS with SCI eligibility.
  • U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site leadership, supervision, and management of contractor personnel.
  • Work with the TM to create efficient and effective OM&ESS teams across the OUSDP organization.
  • Address issues that affect timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for the COR and TM.
  • Keep individual offices regularly informed of the status of personnel actions such as the plan/timeline for filling positions, corrective actions to address performance issues, etc.
  • Participate in the interview process of any potential candidate for the contract.
  • Establish, implement, maintain, and document appropriate onboarding processing and training materials.
  • Certify that OM&ESS staff can perform required services prior to in processing to Policy.
  • Identify, plan, direct, coordinate, develop, and implement innovative process improvements to OM&ESS and other enabling services throughout the organization.
  • Oversee execution and completion of position requirements.
  • Apprise the Government of OM&ESS challenges affecting the timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Manage, train, and supervise contractor OM&ESS personnel.
  • Provide for and maintain technical proficiency of contractor OM&ESS staff.
  • Develop and maintain continuity of services materials for daily operations, such as digital or hard-copy continuity books.
