The Program Compliance and Data Manager works with the Education Department Chair, Program Coordinators and Directors, and individual course Instructors to oversee the ongoing and periodic review processes of accreditation and compliance for the University’s educator preparation licensure programs primarily and non-licensure programs secondarily. The position involves data collection, analysis, and reporting that supports compliance across all UNH educator preparation programs, university wide. Core responsibilities include preparing for state, regional, and national accreditation processes and reviews; organizing and coordinating all surveys and graduate placement data for the Department; advising educator preparation students of licensure requirements and pathways in “pre-advising”; and preparing and providing appropriate student and program data to the Director of Educator Preparation, the Chair of the Education Department, UNH and USNH leadership offices, and appropriate public stakeholders for varied reporting requirements. The position requires a high degree of independent judgment, strong data-management and systems expertise, and the ability to coordinate across departments, colleges, and external agencies such as the New Hampshire Education Department. This position is not considered essential staff (i.e., it is not required to report to work during curtailment).
