About The Position

The individual will report to the Lost&Found Student Programs Manager. The Program Associate is responsible for assisting in the overall management, recruitment, and implementation of the Peer2Peer Mentoring Program and Campus Chapters at assigned institution(s). The Program Associate will support up to 300 students in the P2P program and campus chapter executive teams. The Program Associate will establish regular communication with the assigned campus partnership contacts for the P2P program and campus chapter. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Peer2Peer Mentorship Program Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of peer mentors Conduct biweekly meetings/check-ins with program contacts and mentors to assess any needs related to the program Assist peer mentors with referrals to campus and community resources as needed Coordinate with existing mentor programs on campus to set up referral systems Work closely with fraternity and sorority life, residence life, academic advising, counseling services, and other campus entities to recruit at-risk students as program mentors and mentees Assist with collection of quantitative and qualitative data to assess impacts of Peer2Peer program Schedule a minimum (however not limited to 10) of 5 office hours per week. The Program Associate is responsible for adhering to all policies and regulations set by the assigned institution(s). Lost&Found Chapter Assist the Lost&Found chapter executive team and advisor with ongoing mental wellness and suicide prevention efforts on the assigned campus Support the operations of the Lost&Found chapter and mental health programs on campus Other Collaborate with each campus to create student programming plan that fits within campus context including program/education offering each semester Facilitate and build campus relationships that support program implementation and support services, including Campus Resilience Index and Postvention Policy Support Communicate education requests to Student Programs team for facilitation of programming at assigned institution(s) and assist with logistics of request. PROGRAM ASSOCIATE EXPECTATIONS: Participate in evaluation of job performance at least once each semester. The Program Associate must be have attained a Bachelor’s Degree and/or be enrolled full-time in an accredited graduate program. The Program Associate will participate in weekly or biweekly supervision with chapter advisor(s) and/or the Lost&Found Program Manager, bi-weekly Lost&Found Staff meetings, and weekly Student Programs Meetings

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or be enrolled full-time in an accredited graduate program.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous curriculum development and/or student organization leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, human development, or similar education background
