About The Position

The American Bar Association (ABA) is seeking a Program Associate (Webinar Producer) to oversee the production of webinars from setup through deployment. This role involves coordinating strategy and technology to achieve event objectives with speakers and ABA staff. The associate will manage pre-event preparations, post-event reviews, and CLE certification. They will be directly involved in audio, video, staging, and the live experience, including technical support. The position requires extensive knowledge and technical skill of the functions and department processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant event management experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience using virtual event platforms
Proficient in MS Office.

Advanced Zoom webinar management a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage, set up, and control the quality setup of webinars in ABA and vendor systems.
Coordinate live webinar production with speakers and ABA staff, including technical and production planning.
Prepare webinar production systems for live production.
Create scripts to manage the flow of live events.
Assist speakers with technical, audio, and video issues prior to and during webinars.
Host and manage live webinars and technical calls.
Monitor webinars for quality issues.
Support the development of training and information materials for staff, speakers, and program leaders.
Support attendees with technical issues during and after the program.
Provide reporting and post-program details.
