This role is situated within the Residential Treatment Program (STRTP), which offers services to pregnant, parenting, and at-risk young women (and their children) aged 13-18 who are involved with the foster care and/or juvenile justice system, typically placed by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) or Probation Department. The Program Assistant's primary responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, ensuring only authorized individuals access the Residential area, managing phone calls by answering and forwarding them or taking messages, checking out vehicles to staff, tracking electronic data, and filing. The individual must be flexible and prepared to cover other departments as needed.
