About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented student to review course outlines to ensure alignment with the university’s updated policy on the assessment of student learning. The successful candidate will systematically examine course syllabi, identify gaps or inconsistencies in assessment descriptions, and provide structured feedback to the Vice-Dean, programs.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student (preferably in management)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Knowledgeable with AI and APIs.
  • Familiar with ChatGPT, co-pilot, Claude, Gemini
  • Ability to interpret and apply policy documents consistently
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 Years Related Experience
  • Authorized to work in Canada
  • Willing to work in the province of Quebec

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with academic course outlines or curriculum design is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Review course outlines for compliance with assessment policy requirements
  • Check alignment of learning outcomes and assessment methods
  • Flag inconsistencies or missing elements in assessment descriptions
  • Prepare brief reports or annotated feedback on reviewed outlines
