Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Experience in program development, coordination, or planning.
  • Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development, implementation, and oversight of transplant-related programs and initiatives.
  • Serve as a resource for patients, families, and team members by providing information and support.
  • Collect, review, and compile data, statistics, and materials for quality improvement and performance reports.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain professional written communications and program documentation.
  • Support departmental financial processes and administrative functions.
  • Maintain current knowledge, skills, and professional development to support high-quality program operations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to promote efficient workflows and outstanding patient care.
