Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in program development, coordination, or planning.
- Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development, implementation, and oversight of transplant-related programs and initiatives.
- Serve as a resource for patients, families, and team members by providing information and support.
- Collect, review, and compile data, statistics, and materials for quality improvement and performance reports.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain professional written communications and program documentation.
- Support departmental financial processes and administrative functions.
- Maintain current knowledge, skills, and professional development to support high-quality program operations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to promote efficient workflows and outstanding patient care.
