This role involves partnering with program staff to ensure activities run smoothly, assisting with group management and daily routines, and creating a safe and welcoming environment for children. Requirements
- Friendly, dependable, and eager to contribute
- Comfortable working in a team and taking direction
- Interest in gaining experience with youth programs
- At least 16 years old
Responsibilities
- Partner with program staff to keep activities running smoothly and on schedule
- Assist with group management, transitions, and daily routines
- Set up and clean up activity spaces, snacks, and materials
- Offer encouragement and support to children as they participate in games and projects
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all participants
