About The Position

The Program Assistant provides day-to-day support functions to enhance the effectiveness of Women's Health Clinic (WHC) programs. Women's Health Clinic promotes personal agency and believes that all people should be empowered to take care of their mental, emotional, sexual, physical and spiritual health and wellbeing. The clinic offers sexual, reproductive, and mental health care and support for people of all genders. Requirements

Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains a regular schedule for all full, part time and casual staff and/or volunteers in collaboration with the team leader.
Communicates the schedule and ensures that the schedule remains current.
Performs regular ordering, stocking and reconciliation of supplies.
Maintains supply and resource storage spaces.
Troubleshoots supplier issues.
Conducts product research.
Manages inventory.
Maintains an inventory of program related equipment.
Provides regular equipment maintenance checks according to manufacturer instructions.
Reports equipment issues to the Team Leader or Director for action.
Collates statistic information for reporting.
Compiles program participant feedback data.
Assists in other evaluation activities as required.
Contacts and responds to community members and program participants regarding programming, groups and appointments.
Assists in maintaining client records.
Organizes and maintains program files and resources.
Handles room booking and set up as required.
Distributes and stocks resources as required.
Reconciles invoices and packing slips.
