About The Position

Parsons is seeking a Program Analyst to support US Cyber Command in its role as the premier cyber operations organization. This position will be part of USCYBERCOM's Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Program Management Office (PMO). The role involves supporting cyberspace operations at the forefront of national security.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI w/Poly
2+ years of experience as an Open-Source Analyst, All Source Analyst, SIGINT Analyst
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Intelligence Studies, Military Studies, Political Science, and similar is required.

5+ years relevant experience
Experience working in at a Combatant Command Staff
Demonstrate strong initiative and willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
Strong understanding of knowledge management activities
Ability to write complex documents and reports

Responsibilities

Review incoming acquisition requests using both automation and manual input from all sources.
Utilize government-provided tools to conduct due diligence research and classified research to understand threat reporting.
Draft certification memorandums for the department.
Use approved standards, document templates, and workflow systems to provide risk assessments.
Analyze and evaluate investigative reports related to Supply Chains and summarize the information.
Recommend further investigation when warranted to resolve conflicting information or unanswered questions.
