In this role you will get to develop technical solutions to complex challenges and support the development, operation, and maintenance of complex technology systems across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Poly
  • Advanced knowledge in the applicable job family.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and knowledge of relevant products and technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and conduct technical discussions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and web‑based technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical/scientific discipline.
  • 5+ of related professional experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.​

Nice To Haves

  • Newly‑hired PhD graduates may enter at this level.
  • Experience developing engineers and participating in technical discussions.
  • Comfort working across departments and engaging in system‑level problem solving.
  • Familiarity with enterprise system integration tasks
  • Master's degree and 2+ years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Developing technical solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
  • Supporting development, operation, and maintenance of complex technology systems.
  • Providing input to analyses and assessments of system requirements, processes, and methodologies to support total system integration and performance.
  • Managing program and project implementation efforts while supporting department goals and planning.
  • Applying advanced principles, theories, and concepts to solve unusually complex technical challenges.
  • Contributing to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
  • Applying extensive technical expertise to engineering challenges and performing related responsibilities as needed.
