About The Position

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to perform Operational Support tasks for the Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Division. This role involves auditing available data, identifying deficiencies, managing data, researching data sources for program supportability, and submitting findings to the Government. The analyst will also provide assistance in planning and organizing projects and resources, consolidate and track funding sources, monitor expenditures, support WBS live data input and tracking, arrange and coordinate team meetings, publish agendas, record and distribute minutes, maintain the team calendar, and prepare reports for weekly/monthly significant events. Additionally, the role requires preparing program management correspondence, designing charts, spreadsheets, Gantt charts, and presentations, and conducting quality reviews of all documents. The Program Analyst will research, develop, coordinate, and implement development plans and schedules related to specific AEA programs to ensure customer service and time objectives are met within financial constraints.

Requirements

  • Prepare program management correspondence (i.e., letters, memos and route sheets), design charts, spreadsheets, Gantt charts, and presentations, and prepare analytical reports and meeting minutes and conduct quality reviews of all documents.
  • Researches, develops, coordinates and implements development plans and schedules as they relate to specific Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) programs to ensure customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints to meet tasking objectives.
