About The Position

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst in Crane, IN. Performs Operational Support tasks for the Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Division. Audits available data, identifies deficiencies, manages data, research data sources for program supportability data and submits findings to the Government. Provides assistance in planning and organizing a project and its resources. Consolidate, track and monitor funding sources, track expenditures, support the input and tracking of WBS live data, arrange/initiate, track, and coordinate team meetings, publish agendas, record and distribute minutes for team meetings, maintain the team calendar, and consolidate and prepare reports for weekly/monthly significant events. Prepare program management correspondence (i.e., letters, memos and route sheets), design charts, spreadsheets, Gantt charts, and presentations, and prepare analytical reports and meeting minutes and conduct quality reviews of all documents. Researches, develops, coordinates and implements development plans and schedules as they relate to specific Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) programs to ensure customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints to meet tasking objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills; interpersonal; organizational and detail-oriented.
  • Thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple project assignments.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • Can start once interim clearance is granted.
