About The Position

To plan effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization such as in a merger or split-up, our clients need someone who will take the time to learn the complexities of their organization and provide them with tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies. That’s why we need you, a management specialist who can analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision. As a general management specialist on our team, you’ll develop an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. On our team, you’ll use discussions and workshops with stakeholders to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you'll work on a path forward with your client. This is your chance to gain experience in organization design and mission support optimization, process improvement, performance management, strategy development and transformation, change management, and business architecture organizational transformation, while learning new skills. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with business solutions, program or project management, planning, scheduling, and briefing material preparation
  • 1+ years of experience with corporate level communications, including relaying information to decision makers and the neutral presentation of business case findings
  • Knowledge of stakeholder processes and providing diplomatic solutions among stakeholders
  • Ability to research and analyze information to present it through documentation and presentations using Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with aviation
  • Experience with HR planning and budgeting initiatives
  • Knowledge of advanced unions, collective bargaining units, or related corporate relations
  • Ability to multitask on several different projects for different clients in different locations
  • Ability to adapt to multiple, fast-changing circumstances

  • Master's degree
