About The Position

GDIT is hiring a Program Analyst to support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)/ Trusted Third Party's (TTPs) mission. The Trusted Third Party (TTP) supports the day-to-day operations of the Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership (HFPP). With oversight from CMS, the TTP delivers subject matter expertise in data analytics, facilitates the design and execution of all studies, provides a secure environment for hosting and sharing data, ensures confidentiality and non-attribution for all HFPP Partners who contribute data or share outcomes, and communicates and shares information on behalf of the HFPP. The TTP also plays a role in managing and facilitating partner communications, in-person meetings, and events.

Requirements

Bachelors degree
2+ years of related experience
Proficiency using Microsoft (MS) Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint

Responsibilities

Analyze, write, and update program management processes and procedures, including associated documentation
Support the process, contribute to, and ensure delivery of materials for key client-facing and internal meetings
Support TTP quality management process when work exceeds the team’s existing capacity
Coordinate with stakeholders to process, track, and obtain 508 compliance (accessibility) verification for program management materials
Provide ad hoc content development and administrative support for TTP management team
Document, monitor, and update multiple program management activities and tasks; support ad hoc TTP management requests; support TTP internal administrative functions
