About The Position

AM Pierce & Associates and Applied Technologies Group (ATG), a woman-owned small business, is seeking a Program Analyst (Journeyman/Senior) to support PMA-231, the E-2/C-2 Airborne Command and Control Systems Program Office. This role involves assisting with the management and execution of funding and procurement, providing reports, analyzing financial data, forecasting expenditures, monitoring budgets, and performing programmatic analysis. The candidate will also work with project schedules, track tasks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and develop presentations. This is a non-management, on-site position located in Patuxent River, MD.

Requirements

Active DoD Secret Clearance, with ability to obtain Top Secret.
Journeyman Level: At least five (5) years of experience performing the functional duties for this position.
Senior Level: At least ten (10) years of experience performing the functional duties for this position.
Familiarization with CSPT, PMT, and ERP.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in finance, or accounting (desired).

Responsibilities

Assist with the management and execution of funding and procurement for the GSA.
Provide reports, data calls, and attend meetings as required.
Analyze financial data, funding statements, and expenditure reports.
Prepare reports and projections based on financial data.
Forecast project future expenditures.
Monitor budgets and compare actual performance against targets.
Prepare clear reports, charts, and presentations to guide financial decisions.
Perform programmatic analysis (planning, scheduling, workload analysis, risk analysis).
Work with project schedules, track tasking, and provide status to leadership and the PMA.
Coordinate cross-functional teams.
Develop and present briefing slides.
Other duties as assigned.
