About The Position

SAIC is looking for a senior-level Project Manager (PM) and Product Owner role for the Information Systems Special Projects Lead. The position requires a candidate capable of managing the full acquisition life cycle, complex budgets (PPBE), and multi-disciplined teams within a Product-Based Execution (PBE) framework to meet Cost, Schedule, and Performance (C/S/P) objectives. The candidate will serve as the dual Project Manager and Product Owner for Information Systems Special Projects at NAWCAD Lakehurst. This role executes life cycle management, development, and acquisition through the PBE construct, leading cross-site teams to satisfy requirements from DoN, DoD, and Marine Corps stakeholders.

Requirements

• Senior-level Project Manager (PM) and Product Owner experience.
• Experience managing the full acquisition life cycle.
• Experience managing complex budgets (PPBE).
• Experience managing multi-disciplined teams within a Product-Based Execution (PBE) framework.
• Experience meeting Cost, Schedule, and Performance (C/S/P) objectives.
