About The Position

FWI is building a team to support the Naval Postgraduate School's (NPS) NPS Extended Campus (NEC) and Office of University Communications (OUC). NEC relies on data-driven insights and rigorous program analysis to advance NPS academic strategy, performance management, and accreditation activities. This position will bridge quantitative analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder reporting to deliver actionable intelligence that informs NPS academic and operational decisions. The Program Analyst – Senior will lead analytical efforts across distance learning curricula, develop performance dashboards, support accreditation data collection, and ensure NPS leadership receives timely, accurate, and meaningful program performance insights. Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in administration, management, communications, or relevant discipline.
  • 5 years of experience leading academic strategic planning, performance management, and program/project evaluation activities.
