Requirements

BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience
Ability to actively collaborate with others.
Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph.
US Citizenship Required

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
Lead deployment readiness activities for CONUS and OCONUS staff, including coordination of country entry and residency requirements
Develop and maintain tracking tools and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Visa, SOFA, and DOCPER packages to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing
Design and maintain tools, trackers, and dashboards that increase transparency for leadership and stakeholders on deployment readiness status and key metrics
Collaborate with government stakeholders, HR, security, and external agencies to resolve issues related to OCONUS requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires joining the team to ensure an efficient and positive onboarding experience
Develop plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitor tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
Establish and define program requirements and perform in-depth studies to determine optimum program plan.
Monitor and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Interact regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
May perform special projects and additional duties as assigned
May serve as a team or task lead.
