About The Position

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Naval Aviation. You'll review and track technical deliverables for accuracy and completeness, track project schedules, and coordinate updates to programs’ Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). You'll draft technical and administrative correspondence and prepare program status summaries and presentations. You'll attend meetings, reviews, and conferences and prepare meeting minutes. You’ll work with key stakeholders and help with tactical Foreign Military Sales (FMS) logistics planning using resources like Microsoft Project and PowerPoint, and regular interactions with Subject Matter Experts and customers. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. At Booz Allen, we recognize that we must continuously grow as a team to bring the best support to our clients, so here you’ll have all the resources to succeed.
