About The Position

This role involves supporting office operations, developing reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting with office management tasks. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills, with opportunities to contribute to improving office procedures and training new employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of relevant work experience or High School diploma with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Active Secret Clearance or eligible to obtain Secret Clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for most positions due to security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop reports, briefs, and presentations for executive level meetings and events.
  • Coordinate use of facility with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as liaison with building management and facilitate effective communication for all office matters.
  • Assist occupant personnel with planning, preparation and execution of customer related engagements as needed.
  • Train new employees on office protocols.
  • Work with senior management to improve office operations and procedures such as emergency response protocols and conference room use policies/ procedures.
  • Maintain seating chart, enforce security protocols, and attend to procurement and supply needs of the office.
