About The Position

QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Senior Program Analyst, Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) to join our team at APG, MD in support of our customer, Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A).

Requirements

Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Direct experience with development and management of IMS for technical programs. Includes experience with technical program management, scheduling, trade-off analysis, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements.
ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret

Responsibilities

Serve as PM IS&A’s primary Master scheduler for the following: Schedule Development and Maintenance: Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules that integrate inputs from various teams, ensuring all tasks are aligned and deadlines are met. Define milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Collaboration and Coordination: Close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure that all components of the project are well-coordinated.
Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor project milestones and deliverables. Prepare status reports and conduct schedule analyses to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Resource Management: Ensure that all required resources, including materials and personnel, are available as per the schedule by forecasting demand and managing inventory levels.
Process Improvement: Refine scheduling systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems to ensure compliance with organizational standards and project requirements.
