About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Program Analyst, Institutional Rates in Corporate & Investment Banking as part of Markets. This Macro Analyst position will support insurance and pension sales through the trading of interest rate products, including Treasury and agency securities, interest rate swaps, options, futures, cross currency transactions, and repurchase agreements. Requirements

  • 6+ months of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Responsibilities

  • Participate in or provide support for initiatives within Securities Sales to meet the clients objectives
  • Review issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to tasks and deliverables
  • Receive direction from a manager
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, compliance, and risk management requirements for the Securities Sales area
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal and external clients
