About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Program Analyst, Institutional Rates in Corporate & Investment Banking as part of Markets. This Macro Analyst position will support insurance and pension sales through the trading of interest rate products, including Treasury and agency securities, interest rate swaps, options, futures, cross currency transactions, and repurchase agreements. Requirements

6+ months of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

Outstanding knowledge of interest rate products and their applications
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint
Strong quantitative, research, and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Desire and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners as part of a team
Experience implementing artificial intelligence solutions
BS or BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, finance, STEM, or a related field

Responsibilities

Participate in or provide support for initiatives within Securities Sales to meet the clients objectives
Review issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to tasks and deliverables
Receive direction from a manager
Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, compliance, and risk management requirements for the Securities Sales area
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal and external clients
