About The Position

QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Program Analyst, Information Advantage, to join our team at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA to support our HQDA G-3/5/7 Support Services contract.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to work within Government-provided software packages with emphasis on MS Office products, for example, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations.
  • Ability to focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities.
  • Require minimal supervision in the fast-paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters.
  • Must be proficient in the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) (formerly Task Management Tool).
  • Ability to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication.
  • Ability to provide executive, technical, and administrative support to senior leaders.
  • Experience with Protection on the Army/Joint Staff and/or Major Army Commands in Policy, Bi-lateral exchanges, proficient in planning and execution of working groups.
  • Operational experience using standard automated toolsets to perform duties.
  • Ability to assist with drafting Army EXORDs, FRAGOs, meeting minutes and EXSUMs and strategic documents.
  • ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret w/SCI eligibility

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational integration, synchronization, and coordination support for DAMO-SOI Information Advantage (IA), Support Operations in the Information Environment (SOIE), and related modernization initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional integration of IA activities across Army Staff, Joint, and Service stakeholders while maintaining relevant knowledge management systems and coordination process.
  • Provide written recommendations in memorandum format supporting synchronization of IA activities relevant to organizational requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Service Information Advantage activities and coordinate with Service-wide CoEs for Integration of IA.
  • Contribute, request, coordinate, and drive directorate wide awareness and input to information papers, studies, research, conferences and professional development of the Information Advantage workforce and knowledge base.
  • Assist as a coordinator for the staffing and review of Service IA publications.
  • Provide input for meetings attended, support the development of the meeting minutes to the Government in the form of a written EXSUM 24-hour post meeting. In addition, submit a monthly telework agreement which is compliant with known and anticipated HQDA G-3/5/7 and DAMO-SOI requirements.
  • Assist the HQDA POC for all Army issues associated with IA and related areas.
  • Assist in providing input to the Army, attend meetings/work groups, and support the Joint Community for development of Information Advantage related concepts, policy, and doctrine.
  • Coordinate with the Army to staff and review DoD and Joint IA related publications.
  • Schedule rooms, VTC sessions, maintain contact lists, and disseminate notifications, agendas, and read-ahead packages for all meetings and conferences.
