ATSG is expanding its footprint and is seeking candidates for a Program Analyst III - Executive Staff Unit (ESU) (Visual Information Specialist) in Washington, DC. The Executive Staff Unit's mission is to advance the International Operations Division's goals through effective design, execution, communication, and advocacy of strategic projects, programs, and policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design
  • Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
  • Subject matter expert in Adobe Illustrator from the Adobe creative cloud suite
  • Able to prioritize work assignments effectively and work at all levels of the FBI
  • Able to exhibit complex organizational skills; can multitask, and is able to complete multiple tasking’s within the required deadlines
  • Able to communicate professionally, in writing and orally, and be able to effectively articulate the objectives and goals of IOD and policy related to foreign dignitaries
  • Able to solve complex problems and provide recommendations and solutions to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience applying principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating and managing projects and resources to support requests.
  • Able to communicate at all levels with proficiency and superior professionalism both orally and in writing, to include the entire FBI community
  • Exhibit professionalism, by professionally representing the FBI, business

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a specialist and technical advisor in creating, updating, and producing complex and unique presentation materials and branding for government offices.
  • Determine the scope, nature, and intended audience of information to be conveyed.
  • Select visual materials to ensure presentations are prepared appropriately for various audiences.
  • Create visual presentations using state-of-the-art computer imaging systems to depict themes, trends, or analysis.
  • Independently plan and coordinate project resources, set deadlines, create layouts and designs, and interface with production personnel.
  • Apply complex principles of artistic design to projects, often with limited input or resources, to stimulate interest and express a point.
  • Plan the preparation and use of visual materials for communication.
  • Redesign or recreate submissions to best illustrate concepts.
  • Analyze and evaluate text to determine the best visual means to combine word and art.
  • Consult with authors and editors, recommending modifications for visual enhancement when necessary for comprehension.
  • Exercise tact and diplomacy when discussing changes.
  • Develop projects, establish schedules, and set target completion dates.
  • Coordinate with staff, units, and organizations to obtain necessary resources.
  • Adjust project plans, schedules, and resources in response to changing needs and priorities.
  • Keep others informed by providing relevant information, progress reports, or status updates.
  • Analyze the suitability of text and photographs for clarity, consistency, and accuracy, using established guidelines.
  • Consult with authors, supervisors, subordinates, and subject matter experts to confirm or obtain additional information.
  • Determine project objectives, considering assignment importance, complexity, and audience.
  • Use extensive knowledge of subject matter to accurately communicate visual requirements for precise completion with minimal changes.
  • Offer technical assistance and visual advice for project problems.
  • Update division SharePoint sites as needed.
