About The Position

SCCI is seeking a Program Analyst to join our team in support of a Weapon System Program. In this position you will be responsible for collaborating with Engineering, Finance, and Administrative teams to support the Program Manager with necessary reports, data calls, and administrative functions. This position is available for immediate hire and located in Dahlgren, VA.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret Security Clearance
  • High school diploma
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, logically sequenced, and grammatically correct documents
  • Attention to detail in project documentation for content, formatting, consistency, and grammar
  • Self-starter with ability to learn new technologies, tools, technical system configurations, and processes quickly
  • Attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, multitask, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with DoD system development
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Familiarity with technical documentation
  • Demonstrated experience working with engineers, HW/ SW developers, and management to gather necessary documentation, requirements, security, and safety information

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project leadership to understand program milestones, plans and resourcing
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders and team members to ensure cohesive efforts across a broad portfolio of tasking
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for contract tracking and reporting
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of reporting processes across multiple projects
  • Collaborate with finance and management support teams to meet project and customer deadlines
  • Provide direct support to customers, employees, and management teams
  • Work closely with Program Manager to develop reports and briefings
  • Compile, edit, and submit technical reports, contract reports, and data-calls
  • Take ownership of routine contract administrative tasks, operating with minimal oversight
  • Perform data entry, take meeting minutes, and provide administrative support duties
  • Schedule, Organize, prepare literature, attend meetings, and take minutes for distribution
  • Track budgets, estimates, and procurements
  • Compile and maintain POC listings for multiple projects
