About The Position

The Program Analyst I provides program support through data tracking, reporting, and administrative analysis to support operational and mission objectives. This entry-level role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with standard office technology and software tools. The Program Analyst I works collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners while maintaining compliance with security and professional standards.

Requirements

  • United States citizenship.
  • Associate’s Degree or higher
  • Demonstrated experience multitasking and handling multiple issues with the ability to reprioritize.
  • Favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) or equivalent or higher investigation.
  • Favorable FBI fingerprint check.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, if required.
  • Experience using Microsoft Windows-based computers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with diverse populations in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

  • Use Microsoft Windows-based applications to perform daily program and administrative support functions.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain program documentation, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Office/365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Perform basic spreadsheet analysis, data entry, tracking, and reporting to support program oversight and decision-making.
  • Support electronic communications, including email correspondence and document sharing, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with coordinating multiple tasks and issues simultaneously, with the ability to reprioritize as needed.
  • Maintain accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of program records and information.
  • Interact with a variety of internal and external personnel in a professional, courteous, and customer-service-oriented manner.
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and security requirements at all times.
