About The Position

Lead a team of program analysts, coordinating analytical products and workflow across the RTI business operations mission. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Oversee program-analysis deliverables and coordinate workflow across the analyst team. Interface with Government leads to ensuring quality and timeliness of financial and operations products. Provide guidance to journeyman and systems program analysts. Support consolidation and quality control of funding and program reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis
• Active Secret clearance
• Demonstrated team lead or work-coordination experience on a government support effort
• Significant experience supporting Department of War / Army programs or operations

Nice To Haves

• Prior DEVCOM C5ISR or ACC-APG program experience.
• Experience with GFEBS/EMPOWER reporting.
