About The Position

Leidos is seeking a Program Ally and Midstream Marketing Manager to support the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program. This role will focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase Program Ally participation and engagement, as well as providing marketing strategy and support for the Midstream channel. The position involves coordinating marketing campaigns for business and residential customers and Program Ally contractors, including digital advertising, website and social media, special events, and co-branding. The Program Ally and Midstream Marketing Manager will serve as the marketing lead in these channels, collaborating with Program Managers and subcontractors to achieve program goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or business, preferred.
  • Two (2+) plus years of work experience in marketing, sales, business or related field.
  • Demonstrated capability and success in development and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational/project management skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute marketing projects from start to finish, including co-branded marketing collateral for Program Allies and informational messaging.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Marketing team and Operations teams for various channels.
  • Lead the development of bold, creative, and integrated marketing strategies with implementation partners.
  • Oversee and execute marketing for Program Allies and informational marketing to communicate program information.
  • Oversee and execute marketing campaigns and strategy for the Midstream channel with implementation partners.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness and impact of marketing efforts to make necessary adjustments.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific measurable objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and lead all marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Develop an annual marketing strategy and plan with implementation partners.
  • Provide regular status reports to the Program Implementor team on marketing campaigns and key metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to engage customers for the future through the role's channels.
  • Stay current with industry trends.
