About The Position

At Beyond Behavior Consulting, we’re dedicated to supporting children with autism and developmental needs through compassionate, high-quality care. As a Center Program Aide, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where both clients and staff can thrive. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is caring, hands-on, and passionate about working with children, especially those interested in growing within behavioral health or education fields. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain/maintain required clearances: PA Child Abuse
  • PA Criminal Background
  • FBI Fingerprinting
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Mandated Reporter Certification

Responsibilities

  • Support children with daily living skills such as toileting, dressing, feeding, and hygiene
  • Engage in play, relationship-building, and structured activities
  • Assist Behavior Technicians and center staff during sessions and transitions
  • Help with arrival/dismissal routines and ensure children’s belongings are organized
  • Escort clients throughout the building and during outdoor activities
  • Prepare snacks/meals and assist with lunch routines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients and staff
  • Assist with sanitizing, laundry, and upkeep of therapy spaces
  • Restock essential supplies (gloves, wipes, clothing, etc.)
  • Support daily and weekly cleaning tasks alongside team members
  • Prepare materials for therapy sessions (laminating, copying, cutting, etc.)
  • Assist with classroom setup, activities, and basic instruction support
  • Help with attendance tracking, phones, and general office tasks
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
