About The Position

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties in Shermans Dale, PA is seeking to hire a full-time entry-level Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct care for the individuals we serve with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves supporting individuals with disabilities to lead self-directed, meaningful lives as part of a dedicated and motivated team. It is a human services career where you can make a real difference. Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) earn a competitive wage of $17.12/hour plus an additional $1/hour shift differential. You would also be eligible for our generous benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time staff at NO COST for the employee-only coverage. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you support people with disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible. Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to a vehicle during working hours

Responsibilities
