The Next Move NY Program Administrator is responsible for the leadership, administration, and oversight of the Next Move NY initiative, ensuring effective program operations and alignment with Authority objectives, grant requirements, and regional workforce needs. This position supports the successful transition of service members, military spouses, and veterans into meaningful employment opportunities throughout the North Country. The Program Administrator serves as the primary liaison for the initiative, working collaboratively with military leadership, employers, educational institutions, workforce development organizations, and community partners to support program objectives and strengthen employment pathways for military-connected individuals. This position provides supervision to employees, oversees program performance and compliance, manages grant-funded activities, and supports the development of partnerships. The Program Administrator is responsible for ensuring fiscal accountability, achieving established goals, and maintaining effective program operations.
