Telecare Corporation is launching/sustaining PACT #267, a community-based Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) program in Washington State. This program delivers intensive, integrated support to adults with serious mental illness who have not benefited from traditional outpatient services. The Program Administrator will lead a mobile, multidisciplinary team focused on recovery-centered care and community integration for individuals with complex needs. The team is highly mobile, with 75% or more of services occurring outside of office settings in clients’ homes, neighborhoods, and job sites, promoting independent living and community connection. The program provides long-term, structured support and is designed to serve up to 100 clients, with demonstrated growth. The Program Administrator is the senior operational and clinical leader, responsible for the overall success of the program, ensuring excellence across Telecare’s Four Pillars of Performance: Clinical Quality Excellence, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.
