About The Position

Leverage knowledge of similar programs to identify opportunities for improvement and build coalitions of like-minded mission partners to increase efficiency and throughput in a key facilitation office. Utilize technical skills to scope and develop improvement concepts for stakeholder consideration and decision. Provide direct executive support to senior leaders and work to ensure that all overarching program goals and efforts remain in alignment with desired outcomes. Deconflict efforts, programs, projects, and access obstacles to develop a more productive, more efficient, and more impactful baseline for current program operations. Leverage experience with controlled access programs, policies, measures, and techniques to consistently generate new opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of EIGHT (8)+ years of experience serving in program management and optimization roles, preferably within the national security environment and within complex bureaucracies

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of FIFTEEN (15)+ years of experience serving in program or operations management roles, preferably within the national security environment and within complex bureaucracies
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating programs with multiple stakeholders, including sensitive US government entities like the military and Intelligence Community
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant professional certifications, like a PMP
