About The Position
The Department of Mechanical Engineering is recruiting for non-tenure-track, renewable contract positions at the rank of Professor. Exceptional applicants are sought that have a passion for teaching and curriculum development across the field of mechanical engineering. The Department of Mechanical Engineering at The University of Alabama invites applications for non-tenure-track, renewable contract faculty positions across all domains relevant to mechanical engineering. Primary duties of the successful candidate will include teaching in core lecture classes, unit operations laboratory and/or senior design courses, as well as appropriate service roles in the department.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in mechanical engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution by the date of appointment.
