About The Position

Join Us in Transforming Healthcare Education At Joyce University, work is more than a job—it's a shared commitment to student success, innovation, and purpose. Since 1979, we've been driven by one mission: preparing people to serve as competent healthcare professionals while empowering every student to succeed. As a Professor of Nursing Simulation, you'll play a critical role in bringing that mission to life through immersive learning experiences that help students develop clinical judgment, confidence, and compassion before entering patient care environments. If you're passionate about simulation, experiential learning, and developing the next generation of nurses, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. The Impact You'll Make Simulation is more than technology—it's one of the most powerful ways students learn to think, communicate, and provide safe patient care. In this role, you'll help students bridge the gap between classroom learning and clinical practice by facilitating realistic, evidence-based simulation experiences that strengthen competence and confidence. Your work will directly contribute to student readiness, licensure preparation, and long-term success as healthcare professionals.
