About The Position

The University of Arkansas School of Law is seeking applicants for a 9-month, 100% appointed, tenure/tenure track Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor (based on qualifications) for the 2027-2028 academic year. This role will involve teaching duties in both the LL.M. Program in Agricultural and Food Law and the JD Program. There is a particular interest in candidates with expertise in agriculture and the environment for the LL.M. program. The position requires a J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school and a commitment to teaching excellence and student mentoring. Applicants must demonstrate an excellent record of scholarship or strong potential for scholarship at the entry level, as well as a commitment to service. Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school or an international law degree.
• Demonstrated scholarly promise or an excellent record of scholarship.
• Commitment to excellence in teaching.

• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Nice To Haves
