About The Position

Florida SouthWestern State College is seeking a Professor, Nursing ASN in the School of Health Professions at their Lee Campus. As an FSW faculty member, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the college mission to inspire students to 'Dedicate to Graduate'. The School of Health Professions offers a variety of degrees and certificates, with Nursing, Paramedic, and EMT programs available on all three campuses. FSW boasts a state-of-the-art Simulation Education Center and faculty, staff, and students are active in community and professional activities.

Requirements

• Doctoral or master's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in the teaching discipline of Nursing (a minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in the teaching discipline)
• Demonstrated ability to use technology in creating and delivering course content
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the subject area to be taught
• RN licensure
• Resume or CV
• Cover letter describing qualifications and teaching philosophy
