About The Position

Trimble's Construction Management Solutions team is seeking a Professional Services Project Manager to orchestrate high-impact software implementations that seamlessly bridge the digital and physical worlds for clients. This role involves managing software implementations from inception to completion, leading cross-functional matrix teams to deliver business outcomes, and transforming client operations. Trimble is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the ways work gets done. The AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience paired with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong command of industry-standard project management methodologies and practices such as PMBOK or Agile.
  • Proven capability to drive multiple complex projects simultaneously while managing remote, matrixed teams.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and client-management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience within a consulting or professional services ecosystem.
  • Proven track record managing ERP software implementation projects.
  • Working knowledge of core accounting principles and workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with the construction industry vertical.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaborative tools like Smartsheet, Salesforce, Google Workspace, or PSA software.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead software implementation projects for major customer accounts, ensuring all deliverables are achieved on schedule and within budget.
  • Analyze complex client business requirements to design tailored, strategic implementation methodologies in collaboration with expert consultants.
  • Coordinate dynamic internal and external resources, maintaining a cohesive team approach to hit critical milestones.
  • Forge strong, consultative relationships with client stakeholders, guiding them through change management and operational data flow.
  • Masterfully mitigate project risks while establishing accurate forecasting for multi-organizational initiatives.
