About The Position

The Professional Services Consultant combines expertise in data analysis, warehouse technologies, project management, and customer consulting to support engagements from discovery and assessment through implementation and ongoing optimization. The Professional Services Consultant collaborates with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, actionable insights, and long-term value.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement material handling technology and process improvement solutions that optimize operations and deliver measurable business results
  • Analyze customer operations, business processes, equipment utilization, and operational data to identify opportunities for productivity, safety, cost savings, and efficiency.
  • Gather, organize, and interpret data from multiple sources, including forklift telemetry, Raymond iWarehouse Server Gateway, iTrack, warehouse systems, and customer-specific operational data.
  • Create reports, dashboards, presentations, and customer-facing deliverables that communicate performance trends and actionable recommendations.
  • Lead and support customer engagements from discovery through implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Develop project plans, coordinate implementation activities, monitor progress, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate customer training sessions, solution demonstrations, business reviews, and ongoing education programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Aftermarket, Technology, and Customer Success teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations for customer stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, standard operating procedures, training materials, and customer deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for additional products, services, and technology solutions that support customer objectives.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, warehouse automation, data analytics, and material handling best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of professional services offerings.
  • Travel to customer locations as required to support assessments, implementations, training, and project execution.
