This role will make an impact by developing a business plan for the assigned territory, conducting quality sales presentations, and achieving quarterly sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices and regulations. The role also involves understanding and demonstrating targeting principles, developing pre-call planning strategies, and fostering positive relationships with peers, customers, and managers. Ensuring high levels of call and field productivity, gathering information to develop territory strategies, and leveraging resources to ensure physician awareness of Viatris Products are key responsibilities. The representative will differentiate products from competitors and respond to customer issues appropriately, while actively pursuing continuous learning and professional development in sales, communication, and product knowledge.
